3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service, including resumes, job descriptions, and messages ("User Content"). You grant Talent Hub PH a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the Service.
5. Credit System
To ensure fair usage and prevent platform abuse, certain actions, such as posting jobs or accessing premium features, may require credits. Credits can be earned or purchased. Purchased credits will always be prioritized for use over earned or free credits, ensuring our premium users receive the best experience.
6. Job Postings and Expiration
Job postings are subject to expiration. Each post will remain active for a predetermined period, after which it will be automatically removed from public view. This policy ensures that job listings remain current and relevant for candidates.
7. Candidate Reviews
Employers have the option to leave reviews for candidates they have interacted with. This feature is intended to foster a transparent and trustworthy community. All reviews must be constructive, professional, and based on direct experience. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that violate our content guidelines.
8. Platform Advertisements
To support the sustainability of our platform, we may display advertisements from third-party partners, particularly within the candidate sections. We strive to ensure these ads are relevant and unobtrusive to the user experience.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on the Service, including the logo, design, text, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Talent Hub PH or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written permission.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. This includes posting false or misleading information, harassing other users, uploading malicious software, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
